Mr. Stegman serves as FLD’s President and oversees operations and delivery of all FLD offerings. Mr. Stegman’s career spans 34 years specializing in leadership, executive management, business development, marketing, decision making, and problem solving serving the Department of Defense, Intelligence, and Department of Homeland Security markets. Mr. Stegman is recognized for his ability to foster and maintain collaboration with diverse groups of highly skilled personnel in challenging and fast paced settings while maximizing performance toward achieving corporate goals and objectives. He is well versed with assessing the business climate to understand where new market opportunities exist and to make adjustments to existing core competencies to align with market evolutions.  

Mr. Stegman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Finance) and a Master of Business Administration (Management) from Old Dominion University.  He completed the Executive Coaching & Mentoring Program at the Center for Creative Leadership and holds Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITILv3) certifications.

Mr. Brown serves as FLD’s Chief Operating Officer and brings over 35 years of experience delivering mission critical solutions to a diverse customer base that includes DoD, DHS, and Intelligence agencies.

 

Mr. Brown’s career began in the U.S. Marine Corps where he proudly served for 25 years in leadership, program management, engineering, aircraft maintenance, strategic planning, logistics and technical positions. He is an accomplished and energetic leader and has received numerous awards for his work in aircraft maintenance, avionics, laser safety, and electronic warfare. He owns or shares several patents. Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from National University.  He completed the Advanced Program Management Course at the Defense Systems Management College (DSMC), and holds Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITILv3) certifications.
